      最近有位朋友来电话咨询有关技术职业提名的问题，最让她搞不明白的是，她在国内一直从事“进出口”工作，那么这项工作算不算是澳大利亚移民技术职业清单（skilled occupation list)里面的技术职业(skilled occupation）？

     我的回答是否定的。这个“import-export clerk (asco code 6152-13）"的职业，不是澳大利亚移民的技术职业。那么用变通的方法，提名“business and information professional (asco code 2299-79)"这项技术职业来代替可不可以？

     这要具体问题具体分析。tony认识一位申请人，他在某个中介的安排，提名了这个“business and information professional (asco code 2299-79)”职业为技术职业, 结果在移民局及后来的复申庭上两度被拒。为什么？经tony分析，主要问题是出在他的实际工作经历上：

---accepting consignment and making contact with shipping companies about relevant information;

---providing recommendation on choosing proper shipping company;

---communicating with shipping company and helping clients with transporation and customs clearance

---contacting with the clients and confirming and checking b/l"

。。。。。。

      显然这是一份“进出口文员”的工作经历。尽管这位申请人后来又提供了一些证明，声称他还主管出口部三条东南亚航线的管理工作，但为时已晚，移民官及其后来的复申庭均认定他主要从事的是“import-export clerk (asco code 6152-13）"的工作，而不能认定他的工作经历与“business and information professional (asco code 2299-79)有任何关联，结果这个案子惨遭失败，申请人被拒签!

请注意“business and information professional (asco code 2299-79)的定义是"plan,develop,coordinate and implement programs and systems to provide services in accounting, sales,computing, publicity,staff development and training; conduct studies of organisational structures, method and systems;and develop new techniques and applicaitions in these areas..."。

所以tony的结论是：请找真正的专家为您分析与策化有关技术移民职业的提名问题，不是如许多人想象的那样，技术移民职业提名可以随便提一个，与工作经历匹不匹配无所谓。

事实上是，有时提名职业可以与工作经验不相关，但有时提名职业则必须要与工作经验相匹配!
